Booking disaster and no refunds

<p>My booking is a total disaster and MSC refuses to refund me. There seems to be no way out unless you are willing to loose your deposit. The call center agents, although friendly, fail to capture the conversations and what was agreed, so the next time you call, it's the whole story all over again. Requests to call you back never materialize. This was the complete opposite of my first experience. The difference? My first cruize I booked through a travel agent. This time I wanted to do it myself to save money. BIG MISTAKE! My advice - if you would like to go on the cruise, use an agent. It's worth the extra money!</p>
