Bad service

I booked for the Finesse cruise for March 2016 and paid the booking in full.Due to personal reason me and the lady who made the booking are not on speaking terms.I did ask he to either change the booking date or assist me to make a cabin change but she does not want to assist me. I have all the proof of payments payments and do not understand why I have no rights to change my booking.
