Bad cruise and longs holds on cards.

Booked a cruise for my son and a whole bunch of excursions on a trip on the 25th November. They were supposed to dock in mozambique and this did not happen , so were refunded for the excursions etc , also did not beach the next day and spent the last day in the harbour before disembarking in Durban. When they board a amount needs to be put on the msc card and this amount was deducted on the 25th November and was R4532.64 , It has still not been returned to his account and is the 1st January 2025. This ship can hold 2647 passengers , so if they put a hold on 2647 pasemgers accounts for R4532.64 for 2 months this amounts to R***8.08 which accrues interest. Ridiculous and terrible service. Weather csnt be controlles but money can be reversed straight ways. Do the sums on the above amount. Booking number was ***8
