bad bad service by msc simphonia cruises

<p>broken cupboards on room , dirty toilets, dirty forks and knifes and coffee mugs at the buffet. have pictures of the above. had to wait 3 days out of 7 day cruise in room to have the rooms safe repaired , was told by reception that someone from my family had to be in the room in order for then to be able to repair the faulty safe. complained to msc headquarters in johannesburg whom told me basically not to bother them with complaints. my question to msc was...is this what your supporting passengers should expect ?? </p>
