Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

MSC cruise Musica was nothing but hell!! Firstly they almost lost my luggage Secondly when room service is called for their broken stuff, they never show up??!!!! The food is terrible Everything is unprofessional and ridiculous.

We paid a lot of money for this and it was such a disappointment.
