90 to 120 days for refund nonsense

After canceling my trip on time and promised to receive a full refund and now that all my documents for a refund are submitted I am told our money is in "Italy" and will be refunded in 90 to 120 days... What nonsense is that. This is unacceptable as quick as they wanted us to pay they must refund in the same manner😡😡😡
