Not happy

All I can honestly say right now is that MSC is harsh,okay long story short On the 29th of November me and my friends where suppose to go on the ohship cruise Check in time was 13:00 to 14:00 We had a car problem had to change car tyre tried calling to see if we can be late we where told to go to the guest service when we get there and that was at 14:10 if I’m not mistaken Well we got to the gate security ddnt wanna let us in we stood there from than untill 16:00 when the ship left,you guys have any idea how much we save to pay for the cruise experience Sent an email checking if we will get another date but no response Please help share
