MSC Splendida cruise from Hell!!!!!!

MSC Splendida, is a cruise Ship I will NEVER go on again. Our nightmare started on the 23rd of Feb. We had trouble from the moment we needed to book in, not to mention that we stood in a line for 5hrs just to get onto the ship. From them booking us in wrong, and needed to go back and forth to try and sort it out, then once on the ship we found our shower was completely broken and after numerous times of trying to sort it out, it was only fixed the next day. None of our network tickets that we purchased before hand, worked on the ship. What ever u do or want we had to stand in 2 to 3 hr queues. The only helpful person that really went out of her way, was our cleaner of our room. Then I tried to settled my account, the night before which I paid eventually and it showed R0.00 on their side but only for them to red flag me on Disembarkment, and won't allow us to get off, until I HAD TO PAY AGAIN, just to get of the ship! Which I until now 5 months down the line are trying to settle the dispute with them, THAT THEY OWE ME!!!!!!! The cruise was supposed to be a once in a life time birthday experience, but it was a nightmare from hell we won't forget!
