I've worked here before, at the MSC depots that deals with containers,etc. The worst management you can find. Especially in the tracking department. I have worked in a different department that wasn't under much duress as the tracking department. Those guys hardly get off and are underpaid! Now imagine emotional and physical stress. Recipe for disaster. A Moyce is the most emptiest manager I ever met. He treats the new guys like ****. I got victimized to the point where I HAD to leave the company.The more tenured tracking staff get more perks. He needs to be investigated!!! Along with his other colleagues in office. Don't let me get started on the yard supervisors! I don't even know if I should call them that? They are never anywhere to be seen. They have the title and benefits though. Imagine the security guard doing the job of supervisors haha! Billion dollar industry, pathetic management and leadership.
