<p>So my story is this....</p> <p>I enrolled with MSC College Bellville campus which cost me R4,300... for enrollment and study materials. I only received my textbooks about a month after this which was end Sept 2016. I confirmed with them that I will be writing my first exam in FEB 2017 however MSC College neglected to notify me that I must remember that my textbooks is only valid for the next 6 months AND now that I changed my exam date to May 2017 the textbooks are no longer valid.... and MSC College is closing its Bellville campus and they are not willing to replace the textbooks that now expires at the end of March 2017... I checked and found that it would cost them only R819 to replace my textbooks and I am still waiting for their response.... They say it is my fault... I said I was going to write exams in Feb 2017 so they didn't think it is necessary to inform me that the textbooks expires... HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? I am livered! I feel ****** to say the least... R4300.... AND NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT AND NOW I CANNOT WRITE EXAMS IN MAY BECAUSE I HAVE NO TEXTBOOKS....</p>
