POOR, USELESS SERVICE

I'm a student at MSC BUSINESS COLLEGE in PE. I passed most of my modules well, but I failed 1 LEARNING and DEVELOPMENT in 2020.

I tried to register last year but it was too late because registrations were already closed for this module.

I spoke to my Principal last year around November, she said she will use the funds I had in my account for registreaion for year 2022. The balance outstanding as per Student portal is R 6468.

I sent an email to Bonang today advising her that I wont be able to pay the full amount, I will pay in instalments, but she rejected my proposal said I need to pay the full amount upfront before I'm booked for classes.

where the hell must I get that amount, and I know very well some students were allowed to pay in installments. I was not aware It is a standard procedure at MSC that REDOs are paid for upfront and not in instalments.
