Poor service

<p>I emailed and called Kempton Park branch on numerous occasions asking them to transfer my file to the branch in Midrand.</p> <p>Rose, Mbali and Truedy failed to respond to me timeously. Daniel, the principal at Midrand branch said that he'd follow up with Rose, the principal at Kempton Park, but he has not responded since then. </p> <p> </p> <p>This kind of service is disgraceful.</p>
