MSC dishonesty

Good day,

My name is Sunette and I currently have a FET CERTIFICATE in Human Resources Management and Practices Support NQF Level 4 and unfortunately did not complete to get my Diploma due to circumstances beyond my control.

I was just left with 3 subjects to complete in order to get my Diploma. - Administration - S****s Development 3 - Human Resources Management 3

I went to the school early last year and this year requesting to complete those subjects at MSC BUSINESS COLLEGE Midrand and they are giving me a hard time saying the system has changed and it might not be possible to finish those modules. The principal even had the audacity to tell me she won't allow a lecture to teach one student. With that being said why did they still make me pay? All i ever asked from them is a solution, a way forward but nothing. The principal now ignores my calls and emails and Ponsto the receptionist always tells me she's not available.

I'm pleading to you now asking if there's any other way of me completing those models. Can you please advise on how to proceed?
