MSC College wasting time and money

My daughter studied at MSC college in 2020 and was told she had to rewrite her subjects even though she did well in her tests. Upon exhaustive investigations, it turned out her assignments were never marked. She has proof that the assignments were sent on time as stipulated. Nothing is being done as every question we have, is answered the same... "We will look into it." It's now March 2021 and still NOTHING. I doubt anything will be done about this. She's wasted a year and wasted a lot of money. Don't make the same mistake we did.
