MSC Business College Lacks Communication
MSC business college lacks communication, among other key factors.
One would think because they are a privatized institution the service would be a lot better than that of a government institution. Well, I was mistaken. I have been battling to get a simple QUOTATION from them since the 26th of April. To date, I have received no quote, only calls asking me to confirm what I am wanting. Their Facebook messenger forum is useless as well as their email address that is provided. I have been asked the same thing 4 times and still, no one can quote me. If this is the start of my journey with MSC Business College, I am going to end it right here.
If this is the quality of service that is given to people inquiring about the service. I'd hate to see the quality of service paying students receive.
