I want my money back!!

I'm currently a student there, doing project management. Honestly they are milking people money, I know the course I'm doing and can't repeatedly fail it. I fully paid for my course, I feel that they know that they are losing cause I paid for the whole course now they make sure I fail every module I do just to continue milking me...They recently hired some inedequete staff that knows nothing about project management, this is BS college. Some of my classmates quit I don't blame them, I just want to know can I be paid back my money cause I'm no milk ***.Tired of being milked by those opputunistic milk ***s!!!
