horrible experience

i am suppose to write my hr final integrated summative assessment, so did pay the required amount that was need and i ask for the books since my laptop was ****** a year ago and the respond i got from the school was ' there's nothing i can do, so if the school can help me who's suppose to help me? do i have to forget about my qualification?.
