Msc Business College Manager refuses to issue me with my certificate due to the certain crazy created amount that was told to pay after attending classes, writing exams and getting results via printed statement even, though I was under the impression that my fees where settled. I am so disappointed and and I want my certificate because my fees where paid before I even started my classes.
