Cant help but feel ******* again by this college

<p>My son is doing the SAME CERTIFICATE for the 2ND TIME due to the college's inability to finish within the timeframe. My son is doing 3 modules currently and is then left with one module to complete and there is still 3months till the end of November, now the college wants us to pay up all the money!! They did the same thing to him the first time around and it looks like they want to do the same thing again...taking all the money and then not complete the certificate. "Once bitten twice shy!!" Although the college promised that he will complete the certificate, it doesnt look like it!! I AM TOTALLY AND UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED IN MSC COLLEGE!! You appear to be more interested in the money then in tutoring the students. My son is now unable to download his work due to outstanding money!!?</p> <p>Can someone from MSC please make sense of all this BS.</p>
