10 year battle of bad service...still no answers from Msc Business College

Hi I have had a never ending bad experience with this collage for more than 10 years trying to get them to solve my problem. I registered at Msc collage Southenwood, East london in 2009 up until 2011 was unable to finish my course due to financial problems. 1stly i went there in 2013 to to see what i need to continue and finish my course only to find that i had no debt at but credit in my account in their system...which i could understand because i had to stop studying..due to bad service i no long wanted to continue with them...so they said they would refund the credit within 30 days, they asked for all my grandmothers details as she was the one paying for my fees its 2021 ...we are still waiting and one has a valid answers how that money all of a sudden is no longer seen in their system and yet they never refunded it .2ndly due to the the registering process in 2009 i registed with my high school report; issue is they never made a copy instead took my original report for my application...when i went to ask for it in 2013 they went and found it in their archives and contacted me to collect it, a week later when i finally was able to go fetch it, the employee had moved offices and told me he missed placed it due to the move, but he would look for it....now its 2021 with no sucess after all theres years of contacting them calling, email and physically going to the college no one has been able to help. Its a never ending bad experience. Its very hurtful that i have been unable to register at another college because of all this. Im so dissapointed
