Poor workmanship

We purchased curtains from MSB Curtains towards the end of December 2017, unfortunately the workmanship was of poor quality. Nazeer, the owner promised to redo the curtains at his cost, however we have been waiting since January. He has made numerous excuses and promises since January to deliver the new curtains. We are extremely disappointed with his services the fact that we have been a long standing customer of his.
