Unauthorized debit order on my FNB account

Mzanzi rewards debited my FNB account without authorization from myself. I don't have a contract with them. The number they provided on the SMS sent was not working as I wanted to inform them that I don't want them to debit my account. I have not communicated with them and they even have my ID number
