Motorbike Rental ****
I rented a motorcycle from them in March '26. The sales service was great and although the notoce for a R30 000n deposit was a bit late I paid it the point of picking up the bike in good faith. I went with a group of friends around the Western Cape and had a great trip untill the clutch gave in. I have been riding motorbikes for over 40 years and have not once in my life worn out a clutch. There can be a few causes for a clutch breakdown, including wear and tear from a previous rental owner, faulty clutchplate etc and the later the more liklely one as the Chinese bike only had 3500Km on the clock. There was no discussion about a shared cost, they simply held R27 000 rand back for the repair. I could have got it repaiered for R12500. In subsequent discussions and various enquiries it appears that for MSA this is comon practice. Never again will I use their services.
