Worst mistake of my life

I was approached by this company 2016 and was pressured by them to join with non stop calls,text & etc up until I gave in because I was made to believe that i was over indebted and I needed help. It was only until some of the companies I owed started calling me asking me when was I going pay them and others were still deducting that I noticed that something was off with this company and decided to get a second opinion,then I found out that I was never over indebted to begin with and on top of that my debts were not going down instead it went up(from R48416.60 to R54809.03). When I whatsapped them I got blue ticked,my calls were not answered and when I finally got hold of them a lady called Nothemba Makanda kept asking me for my ID number(which I submitted countless times). This went on for a while until I asked them to cancel my contract with them and they did without issuing me with any documents what so ever. In less then 2 years after paying my own debts without any help from any company I managed to pay of my debts but sad reality is that I'm still under debt review thanks to MAD CONSULTANTS. Till this I'm still struggling to get hold of them because I need to a letter to clear me off.
