Worst experience eva
Worst experience ever. In 2016 October I kept receiving a call from these people, I would tell the consultant to another time. I ended up listening to the lady. I accepted everything she said thinking it was Debt consolidation knowing that I was not going to sign any documents. I only had two accounts I didn't need consolidation as I do no love accounts. To my surprise by debt orders did not go through by the end of that month n I went to find out from my bank, waalaa im under debt Review. I asked the guy from my bank to explain that to me n he did. I didn't even have these people's contact and I asked to give it to me. I called them even thou I struggled getting hold of them and I finally did. I told the to cancel whatever it was n told to send me a letter stating it was being canceled. They sent me a letter stating that it was in the processing of cancellation n I had to pay them R3100 for it to be cancel, with the information I got from my bank I paid them. I then asked how long it will take n they said up to 72 days, guess what till today I'm under debt Review. In 2017 I paid up my Absa loan got myself a private lawyer even reported them to NCR only to find out from my lawyer that what I did was just like reporting a child to its mother. NCR told me to pay up my loans already I was paying my lawyer a lot of money so I thought of paying off the last account I had then wasting it on a lawyer. I called msa again n they requested da paid up letter n I gave them. They gave me a clearance certificate n told me to send it to some ITC. It has now became my burden to send to ITC a whereas it did not even take them hours to list me. Even thou I sent to that ITC I'm still under debt Review n I heard there a lot of ITC that I need to send that form 19 to. It has been four months since I paid up my last account n they take ages to respond.. I have never seen such a disgusting way of treating people in my life.
Dear Nikiwe
Kindly be advised that we have sent the clearance certificate with the paid up letters to the credit bureaus and requested them to update a. s. a. p.
It normally takes the 7 business days to update their systems. Please check with them next week again to see if they've removed the debt review status from your profile.
