Worse nightmare

<p>last year October I kept receiving a from one of MSA consultants n I kept telling her to call some other time. I ended up listening to her while I was busy with my lesson. I thought that she was talking about consolidation as she spoke about reducing installment to one and can cancel it anytime one like. I accepted knowing that I was not going to sign any documents as she said she was going to send them. To my surprise at the end of that month my debit orders did not go through and I went to the bank to find out wat was happening. Only to be told I was under dept review, I asked then to explain and to check the contact details of MSA for me. I called them to cancel and paid R3100 till today I have not received 17.w. I called them and they told me to get an attorney, this is ****ing me off as now my life is on hold. I only had two accounts n was not struggling to pay them. I'm now about 5 months behind on my accounts and the banks refuse to take the letter they sent me. They want withdrawal letter of 17.w. When you call there's no answer, send an email response will be it's still in process. Why does it take long to remove a person from a mess that you guys created whereas it takes not even a month to put a person on debt review. This is unacceptable, after paying the fee MSA said it wil take up to 90 days and it's more than that.</p>
