Withdrawal from Debt review

HI I have paid up all my debts , this company has not helped me on bit since joining. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions but they dont answer their phones. I need a clearance certificate to correct my name , but MSA cant even do this . Please assist as I need help urgently .
