Very upset and disappointed

Good day. Am struggling to make or apply for any credit, it has been 2years now. I call other companies which deals with the cancelation of debt review and they told me the company which had me under administration is MSA consultants. I went online to Google their numbers finally I got hold of them. I asked why am I under review which I know nothing of and they told me I app****. I asked a proof and hard copy of agreement were I signed for everything and none of that was provided to me. Instead I was told to pay R3000 so that they can take my name off the review. I was told that even if there is no signature they proceeded with the process. How is this possible because one have to read what they are putting themselves in and to acknowledge that with the signature. Am very angry and I can't take this any more.
