TR Consultant (facilitator) Calvin Chaba Mpofu

Good Day everyone I'm so disappointed.. By my facilitator who trained me on my 1st Certificate. On my 2nd Certificate we were 14 candidate or more than that. I was the youngest in class that year 2020. We all had to pay cash on the 1st day of class the amount of R11 000 each one of us. Then we all introduced ourselves and stuff then the facilitator gave us all out learner guide and told us how we will study going forward. Everything was normal and there was a recipe given to all of us as a proof of payment. Then it was on the Monday 6 of June 2020.. Then we were expected to resume the next Monday for the test.

Then we all left everything was normal during the week we were studying online then Wednesday facilitator requested photo of proof of payment from all candidates (students). We all sent.

Then come Monday I went there with hikes cause I don't have a Car. We entered the class then after our facilitator gave us our papers to write our names so long but not to start.

Then when I was about to write my name some guy touched my shoulder to come outside I thought it was the other facilitator.. But I thought wrong it was a police when am outside they said I'm under arrest for steeling my facilitator money and other stuff and I pointed him with a gun. Then the police took me I was on my tears all that time asking myself how? Where? When? Then they said my facilitator reported on the 6 June 2020 but nothing happened for the whole week till Monday.. Of which I don't understand cause immediately the he report they were supposed to do something not wait for the next Monday.. I'm just a boy trying to earn a living to support his family I'm the breadwinner at home raised well. Please help this is not acceptable.

I've been attending courts for 3 years now He never show up. And there's no proof.

I got every proof that am not Guilty.

After the police took me they never even asked me anything.

Where was I? Did I do it?

Nothing they just put me to Jail thats all They said there's a footage till now I want to see that footage. That they mentioned on the way to the police station.
