Terrible service from Msa Consultants

In 2015 or 2016this company has called me offering me to reduce my installments in which I agreed and then when I did my research I found that I won't be able to buy on credits anywhere before all my debts are paid,I then realised that I don't need their services, I then told them that i don't need their services before we even start and then they asked me to e-mail a cancellation letter in which I did many times.Now we in 2019 my name is still under dept review I can't be able to buy on credit anywhere.my biggest problem is that they don't even reply to my e-mails,SMS,when I call them you wait on the phone for 15minutes and the call will cut off, their service is pathetic they messed up my credit records badly I can't recommend them to anyone.
