Hi,i sent many emails,they don't reply at all,virtually no reply,i tried calling their isn't anyone answering either,you have to waste so much of your airtime but when they con you into joining they answer very fast!now their isn't any help at all,what kind of institution is this,my life is put on hold because you'll cannot do things correctly,why wasn't I advised about you before hand,youll did not tell me that this process affects me negatively for some time,who wants to battle with this kind of problem,its like you dealing with a wall,from last year till now still not cancelled nothing,i am capable of paying my own accounts not through youll
