Terrible service

<p>I cancelled my contract with msa Consultant it was in july they told me that i have to wait for 3 motnhs of which i did and i spoke to Ncebakazi she told me that its showing on their system that its been cancelled but i just need to wait for 3 months then i can get my cancellation letter 1st week f november i called them again requesting them to send an email of the cancelltion letter then suddenly they told me about the R300 cancellation fee that i have to pay everyday its a new story with every consultant now they refusing to give me the cancellation letter and its frustrating for me and they still deducting apparently its for the insurance that i dont even know of can they just give me the cancellation letter i do not have any interest in doing business with them </p>
