TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION
<p>i am paying my debt review account through MSA Consultants, i am having problems with my account and i need assistant, i have made several phone calls to their call centre but it is impossible to get through, i have also requested call backs and left a lot of messages on thier website but no one is getting back to me. its funny because they do not fail or forget to debit my account evry month. the issue is that they promised me to negotiate on my behalf the interest rates with my service providers how ever you find that sometimeds the interest is more than my monthly instalment. this means i will forever pay a debt that will never end. No one is willing to assist me and i hope i will be assisted aftre this</p>

Please be advised that your debt review process is in order and that all your creditors have accepted our proposed amounts. The PDA is distributing the agreed/accepted amounts to your creditors on a monthly basis besides December 2016 when the debit order was unsuccessful.
The only time when the interest rate appeared to be very high, was when the first distribution was made in April 2016. At that time there was NO agreement in place yet hence your creditors still charged the contractual interest rate. Your accounts are in order.
