They are talking lies when they call you that the government is paying for it and you pay nothing. I was told the same thing until I found one of my friend who had fallen in to the same trap few months ago before me. I called them after two days to cancel that's when they revealed their true color, now I had to pay a lot of money. I asked that I didn't even signed any document how can you say I must pay for a cancellation fee? I was told that I should have told the consultant that I am not interested, I at the same time I didn't agree to take their offer. I said I will think about it and the consultant wanted to send the forms so that if I agree I will just fill them, sign and fax them back. I agreed to the forms not taking the offer! that's when I started to ask around and found that it is too good to be true that they reduce your installment and you pay them nothing. Its true that they reduce your installment, but they take their portion from your agreed installment for themselves and give the other portion to your creditors. Thus making your installment too long. My quire is how are they charging me for something that I didn't agreed on? when you call them one consultant is passing you to the other consultant and refuse to give you a direct contact number to that department, they also don't want to pass you to the manager in-charge that day even his / her contact
