i need to sue msa, last year they put me under debt review without my consent, i asked them they couldnt remove me until i reported them to ncr thats when i was removed under debt review. now i just found out that they still claiming that i am their client because i am still under their name i fail to understand why. i sent them several emails but nothing is happening and they not answering my calls anymore

You are withdrawn from debt review. You were withdrawn in on the 15th June 2017 and the NCR DHS(sytem) was updated on the same day. You must contact the credit bureaus and request them to update their systems. The credit bureaus normally update directly from the NCR DHS. we have sent you the screenshot of the NCR DHS to prove that you were withdrawn in June 2017 already. We've sent you their contact details as well.
We also don't understand as to why you feel a need to sue MSA because we have voice recording which can prove that you actually consented to be placed under debt review. Secondly, we withdrew you from debt review immediately we received the withdrawal request. We've done everything that we were supposed to do.
Check your e-mail for the correspondence as advised.
