In 2014 around April or May i was contacted by MSA Consultants/ta Cusumer Financial Services telling me that they will be able to help me pay my debts by consilidationg them into one small amount. because i was under alot of stress with debts i agreed and signed documents and gave them my bank details to debit and help me. i felt a bit realived to know that atlesat ill be able to do things for my kids and still have money left to go to work.

after 3 months i received a call from African Bank and Capfin which where then accounts i was struggling with , MSA have not been paying those accounts i struggled with paying till this day, they are taking my money and i am also still paying African Bank and Capfin and they have put my name under debts review.

I have been calling them requesting for a lettter to clear my name on debt review as i am almost done with paying these two accounts they still havent sent it to me, i was dealing with Asia Lamala. who has given me nothing but empty promised taking advantage of me because i had no idea what debt review works or what it means.

I need this to be dealt with before i go to the umburstment to lay a complaint against MSA consultants.

Dear Ntombi
Please be advised that in April 2014 we debited R600, 00 for DC fees. We tried to debit for legal fees in May 2014 but the debit order was unsuccessful. We tried in June but the debit order was unsuccessful again. We then stopped to debit your account and never debited your account again. We could not pay your creditors because we did not get funds from you to distribute to them.
In terms of the new withdrawal guidelines of the NCR, a consumer who was found to be over-indebted, must pay off all debts before they can be removed from debt review. In case there is a court/consent order, such will have to be rescinded at court for us to be able to remove you from debt review.
