Removing my name from the credit bureau !!!! MSA CONSULTANTS

I have been struggling with MSA consultants since the beginning of 2016 to remove my name from their data base and off the credit bureau as no I am unable to get credit because it shows that I am under debt review which is not the case, they did nothing for me, I was not helped which is fine because I don't want their help, all I want is for them to remove my name from the credit bureau as I have been struggling with them since the beginning of 2016, I have been communicating with Nuraan Scott who always has the same story that they waiting for a granted court order since 2016 I don't think so and what court order as they have never deducted any money from my account so why did they place me under debt review....I have asked so many times for a cancelation letter but nothing gets sent through ... I wanted my name removed from the credit bureau and off your horrible excuses of a system immediately or I will be going to the media next, this is pathetic sis!!!

Dear Michelle

Please be advised that when one was found to be over-indebted and accepted under debt review, the debt counselor doesn't have the power to withdraw the consumer from debt review unless a consumer approaches the court to be assisted with such. Please see below:

Kindly be advised that in accordance with the NCR withdrawal guidelines of 2015, the following is applicable:

1. Consumers can only withdraw or terminate the debt review process prior to declaration of over-indebtedness as per section 86(7) of the Act and issuance of Form 17.2 subject to payment of debt counseling fees as per NCR Debt Counseling Fee Guidelines.

2. If a determination is made and no court order is in place, the consumer will remain under debt review unless a consumer is no longer over indebted and an order of court is obtained to this effect.

3. A debt Counselor will notify the credit providers of the withdrawal by means of Form 17.W and update DHS with status G.

However, we will forward your request to attorneys who will call you shortly should you not have your own.

For further assistance, please call *** or email ***

Kind Regards
