Remove from ITC

I got a call from one of the MSA consultants to assist me with the debts I'm having, they promised that creditors will not debit my account and they will be the one debiting and paying those creditors on my behalf, come the first month on the agreement, money was debited by both MSA Consultants and creditors leaving me dry for the rest of the month. MSA debit was the reversed by me as they did not keep their end of the agreement. Now I find out that my credit score has been put to equal zero by the service provider(MSA)

Please assist to clear my name of the ITC.
