REFUSAL TO REMOVE ME FROM DEBT REVIEW
<p>Hi there</p> <p> </p> <p>MSA Consultants has falsely had me under debt review since last year June. I had not signed any documentation with them, and yet they put me under debt review. They have been promising to cancel this since last year - this has still not been done!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is trash!</p>

We are in possession of a voice recording where you clearly consented to be placed under debt review. You didn't object to anything that was said on the recorded confirmations call. You were advised that we will proceed with the online debt review application immediately after the call and you said "YES" we may. You were also advised that the documents will be sent to you four days after the call which we did.
