Quick to call for buisness but take forever to answer cancellations.

I took out an application on the 4th of September and the agent said to me over the phone that it takes 2 weeks for them to talk to the bank and negotiate with them. Then next day I called like 5 time and after getting through to them, I told them I would like to cancel, they rep**** the very same day and said it was cancelled. I went to the bank the following day as I wanted to finance a car and the bank rejected saying that I am under debt review and I cant do nothing but the MSA consultant told me that it takes 2 weeks to talk to the bank( what a lie ) I then needed a cancellation letter and have asked them and they said it would take 5 to 10 working days and up until now haven't received anything yet. I have sent a number of emails but no body replies. time to get my lawyers involved.
