Put under debt review without sending them docs

One of their consultants contacted me and told me about this wonderful offer that they will pay my debt and I will only have to pay them. I though it was a debt consolidation company. A second consultant phoned and requested documents from me so I accepted the offer but didn't know at the time that i was going to be under debt review. I only found out at the end of the call that I was being placed on debt review. I messaged them back to let them know that i am not interested being put under debt review. I even paid a cancelation fee. I never sent them any documents. Today when i had a look at my credit report i saw that i am under debt review. I tried to phone them a number of times without any luck. The one time I managed to get through the consultant i spoke to was so rude she put the phone down in my ear. I would please like them to take me off debt review
