Put under debt review without my consent

Judith from MSA called explaining the services they provide. I was promised that I will be sent documents that I was supposed to read and sign and then return them with my proof of address within 5 working days. This was around August 7. I sent them an email after finding out from TransUnion that I have been placed under debt review asking them to cancel this thing because I can afford paying my account. To this date, I am still paying all my creditors on time but these people are debiting my account on top of that. I have called them numerous times trying to get this sorted because this has now painted me as a bad consumer. My credit record has been dented. This morning I spoke to Busisiwe Mikelo who can't even provide information about when they sent the documents and as to why I'm being treated this way since I didn't even seek to be placed under debt review. This is really annoying.
