Poor Service
I had been contacted by MSA Consultants for debt review, after speaking with them they had promised to send me a contract for the debt review its been 5 days now and each time I speak with a consultant they promise to e-mail it to me. What I have noticed is that they were quick to update on credit bureau that I have app**** for debt review yet I have not signed anything with them and they are even failing to send me the 17.1 form. Can someone from MSA Consultants be kind enough to explan what causing such delay.
