Please clear my name

Hellowpita. Am israel mdlovu I had a loan with capitec on 2016 when msa consultants approached me to say I could pay less thru their collection. I was paying capitec the amount of R5 500.00. When they promised me am gonna pay R3 333.00 monthly thru them. Signed the documents they sent to me.when I joined them I had a balance 0f R162 000.00 owing capitec. They deducted the money for around 14 months. To my suprise, I got re-approached by capitec telling me I was not paying my debts for months, I had to do they payments arrangements with capitec. This time around I was to pay theu blake association collectors. I had managed to pay en amount of R108 000.00 in three months. January 2019 I had settled the hole amount of 108 000.00 in three months as agreement between me en blacken association collectors. But am still under debt review. I never recieved a letter of clearance from either blacke associates nor msa collectors.
