Placed under debt review and failing to remove me even after 90 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>I was called by a MSA call centre agent she tried to convince me to go under debt review and I told her i didn't need her services and i dont know how she ******* me into giving her my details and the next thing i know i was under debt review and i told them to cancel it and they told me it was cancelled and it was going to take me 90 days and i will be cleared and today i has been over 90 days and i haven't received no sms from them and i am still under debt i need HELP!!!!!!!! to be cleared from it...</p> <p> </p> <p>Whenever i call then i get BAD service and the staff can't help me and they are saying they don't know when i will be cleared although it has been over 90 days after i asked to be cleared from it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Any who can help me please do....</p>

It sounds as if you immediately requested to be cancelled as soon as you found out that you were under debt review. We are in possession of the voice mandate where you confirm clearly with our Confirmations agent that we can proceed with your "debt review" application. Copy thereof is available on request. You also allowed 4 successful debit orders to go off from your account which were for fees and distribution to your creditors. Unfortunately you disputed the latter 2 debit orders after they were distributed to your creditors.
In order to cancel or withdraw from debt review, you must be able to prove that you are NOT over indebted and that you can pay your debts on your own. This will need you to send us your latest pay-slip, proof of residence and copy of your ID. As soon as we receive these documents, the legal department will send you some documents to sign and commission. As soon as all documents are ready, an attorney will represent you at a court near you so that it declares you NOT over-indebted and to get a court order to withdraw you from debt review.
