Paid all my debt

I have paid up all my debts and I cannot seem to get a hold of my debt counselor. Her name is LAMARA ASIA Contact Number: *** Reg No. NCRDC469

I have all supported documents I just need to send them and clear my name. Is there any other way to get a hold of them?
