NON RESPONSE TO THE DEBITS MADE ON MY ACCOUNT

In February 2016, I app**** for the debt review with MSA Consultants. I also forwarded the signed documents that were requested. Upon adhering to their request, I did not receive any approval from MSA Consultants. End of March the Consultants and the creditors debited. I send a correspondence with regard to my issue on the 2nd of April and was contacted but was not given clarity with regard to my issue. Again on the 4th of April I called the firm and was assisted by Zimkhitha Mabilwana who promised to forward me the documents which I was supposed to have signed but was not given on time, the reversal and approval letters. <br> <br> Up-to-date, I have not receive anything from MSA Consultants and they are further stressing me with their poor service.
