No response

Good day.... I was sent an SMS by MSA if I was interested in debt review and I rep**** yes.... I was called quiet quickly and all info was done quiet quickly... however I asked for 3 more of my accounts to go on and now I am awaiting 2 weeks.... every time you call some one says wait for response... how much longer to wait.... I have seen that they don't respond to their hello peter complaints... is there any way to change this... if I get no joy well I will just stop the debit order for them and cancel this whole thing... terrible service
