No feedback no proper research

Joined MSA consultants. they have been receiving their cash every month like clockwork. they failed to communicate with my vehicle finance department and thus resulting in the bank wanting to reposes the car. I've been trying to contact them for over a month concerning this matter yet no one gets back to me. the only feedback I have received from them was to say they would like me to pay them more. this is horrible service!!! They clearly have no idea as to what they are doing!!! the Problem to this day has still not been rectified!!!

Dear Nicholas
The situation was advised to you as to why MFC wanted to repossess your vehicle. You took out a vehicle in June 2016 with MFC and you app**** for debt review a month later. MFC told us about the situation and we advised you to either pay more or exclude the vehicle account and pay it on your own because MFC will NOT accept a restructured amount for this account. According to MFC, a consumer must have paid for a vehicle account at least a full year before considering to place it under debt review. You refused to pay more. MFC then opted to repo the vehicle but You eventually agreed to pay more and we could save the vehicle to be repossessed. We now have an acceptance from MFC dated 18/01/2017.
Kind Regards

If all that was stated to me in the beginning of the application and not 3 months later none of the above mentioned would have occurred. I declined the increase due to negligence on your side as I had already signed the contract/quote provided from you with the car included in the package.
not once was I ever told that the vehicle may not go under due to me not having paid the car a full year first, until they wanted to repossess the vehicle (6 months after purchase).... and I app**** for debit review 3 months later in September not July.... only once MFC wanted to repossess the vehicle did I contact you guys 3 month (December 2016) after being under debt review to explain to you what the problem was and then struggled for little over a month to get you guys clued up and receive a response. In future when respond to clients please get all your fact right as all calls are recorded and I have emails to prove it too...
and when I refused to pay more (3 months after already being under debit review) this was already during the process where MFC wanted to repossess the vehicle and not before or in the beginning of the debit review. The Repo had absolutely nothing to do with me refusing to pay you guys more but everything to do with lack of communication and proper research on your side.
