Negligent practice

I like many appear to have fallen prey to this debt review firm. I have been paying my accounts as normal but was unfortunately called by MSAC on the 26th November 2015 about a possible 60% reduction on my personal loan if agreed upon. Naturally like all of you i did verbally once called back from their confirmation call that it was agreed upon for my personal loan and would be instated on the 25th December. Go on and check my acc. the 27th and to my dismay i was put in minus and my overdraft facility altered. They breached the agreement and *******ly altered my accounts without even getting their forms sent yet. You may find it difficult to call them or contact them but i found a way ***, it's your only salvation. I requested a cancellation in terms of this breach and was told to wait 5 business days for them to call to complete my request, from what i believe you pay a cancellation fee, i will not in terms of thier poor business practice and service as well as breach. I have also reported them to NCR and Ombudsman whom is on hold if they do not comply, which is also the only one you can refer to for help in this matter.
